With over a decade of experience bridging the gap between elite talent and global brands, Roderick ensures that each athlete he works with—from rising stars to established icons, finds sponsorships that reflect their values and elevate their platform.

Kristen Lee is a seasoned brand strategist with over a decade of experience building culturally resonant brands and purpose-driven partnerships. As the former Brand & Marketing Director at EBONY, she led high-impact campaigns that bridged legacy with innovation, connecting deeply with diverse audiences. Kristen specializes in aligning brands with talent and storytelling that empowers individuals—especially athletes—to show up as their full selves beyond their professional careers. Her work lives at the intersection of authenticity, strategy, and culture, creating meaningful connections that drive both impact and engagement.

Christian is an experienced intellectual property and entertainment attorney, specializing in the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property assets. She represents clients across industries such as technology, entertainment, media, fashion, and more, offering strategic counsel on trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Michael Fletcher is a multidisciplinary Creative Director with a decade of experience at the intersection of sports, culture, and storytelling. At RH7 Sports, he leads visual strategy and brand development across athlete campaigns, partnership activations, and multimedia content. With a background in print, experiential, and digital design, Michael brings a narrative-driven approach to every project—crafting everything from pitch decks and campaign rollouts to event environments and merch drops. His work centers on building bold, culturally resonant creative that connects athletes to fans and brands to meaning.

Jada Terrell
Jada serves as the Director of Athlete Recruitment at RH7 Sports where she combine's a keen eye for identifying top athletic talent with a strong foundation in finance and strategic planning. With a background in financial analysis and investment management, Jada brings a data-driven approach to recruitment—evaluating not only athletic performance but also long-term marketability, brand value, and career ROI.
In her role, she leads the scouting and onboarding of elite athletes, while also leveraging their financial expertise to assess contract value, NIL opportunities, and brand partnerships. Their dual insight ensures that every athlete brought into the agency is positioned not just to perform, but to build enduring, profitable careers.

Dupe Hall
Matheau “Dupe” Hall is a globally experienced sports agent, former professional footballer, and player development specialist committed to guiding athletes through every phase of their journey — from contract negotiations to post-career transition.
With over a decade of playing experience across the U.S., Mexico, Germany, and Denmark, Hall brings firsthand knowledge of the global game to his client relationships. As a former standout at Grand Canyon University and a veteran of clubs like the LA Blues, Fort Lauderdale Strikers, and Richmond Kickers, his career was defined by intelligence, versatility, and leadership — qualities he now instills in the athletes he represents.

Beyond the pitch, Hall has served as interim head coach for Hampton University Women’s Soccer and leads community youth outreach efforts across Virginia. His athlete-first philosophy centers on transparency, global opportunity, and long-term growth.
Whether navigating overseas placements, securing NIL deals, or mentoring the next generation, Dupe Hall is a trusted advocate for athletes ready to define their own legacy.

Global Director of Health & Wellness
Christina Scavuzzo
A passionate leader with a global perspective on wellness, Scavuzzo brings years of experience in holistic health, yoga, and performance recovery to the role. As the founder of Now Here LA, she has led transformative wellness and yoga retreats across Los Angeles, Greece, and Costa Rica, blending mindful practices with intentional community-building. Her private and corporate wellness work has made her a go-to resource for creatives, athletes, and executives seeking sustainable balance and high performance.
Scavuzzo also curates The Wellness Project, a monthly series in partnership with 736 Studios in Downtown LA. The event bridges the worlds of creativity and wellness through immersive, mindful experiences designed to foster connection and renewal. Additionally, she hosts monthly donation-based yoga classes on the beaches of Santa Monica, continuing her mission to make wellness both accessible and inspiring.

Vaughan Moss
Vaughan Moss is a strategic creative, brand marketer, and revenue generator with almost two
decades of experience. He is the founder and CEO of Moss Brand Management, Marketing, and Events. The company was started in 2020 to be the incubator of all his creative ideas and passion projects. Now, Vaughan works to add value and deliver impact to sports organizations, small businesses, athletes, and creator clients in the areas of marketing, brand management, and event curation.

Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Vaughan worked for 16 seasons in college athletics,
specifically in marketing, sales, and communications roles. Most recently, Vaughan served as the Deputy Athletics Director for External Affairs and Chief Revenue Officer at his Alma Mater,
Hampton University. Before Hampton, Vaughan’s stops at other colleges include time working at Temple, Georgetown, VCU, Rice, and the University of Richmond. Vaughan, earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Hampton University in 2008 and his master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown in 2010.
