Bio

Dr. Celeste, DC, is Director of Performance & Recovery for RH7 Sports, where she architects integrative, evidence-based systems designed to optimize athlete health, resilience, and sustained performance With a foundation in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport, Dr. Celeste was selected among a small cohort of chiropractors nationwide to train alongside UCLA’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program. Her clinical experience spans neurology, advanced imaging, EMG, physical therapy, emergency medicine and sports medicine —shaping a multidisciplinary perspective on performance and recovery.

A former Division I athlete and national champion in track & field, her work is informed by both elite athletic experience and clinical precision. She has supported combined athletes, collegiate programs, and high-performing professionals, specializing in injury rehabilitation, return-to-play strategy, and performance optimization.

Her background includes training and coaching within premier performance environments such as the UNC Wellness Center and EXOS at the Yale Training Center, alongside extensive experience in performance-based Yoga and Pilates—where she developed movement-driven recovery systems rooted in alignment, control, and longevity.

Her work reflects a refined philosophy: performance is not simply output-it is the ability to sustain excellence over time. Through an integrated approach to rehabilitation, recovery, and performance, she is contributing to a new standard of care—one that prioritizes durability, precision, and the long-term evolution of the modern athlete, with a distinct focus on advancing women’s sports.
