Dr. Kaila Williams is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and athlete development. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Maryland, College Park.
With experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, Dr. Williams is passionate about supporting youth and developing athletes through evidence-based rehabilitation, recovery strategies, movement analysis, and performance-focused care. Her approach integrates principles of strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and long-term athlete development to help athletes perform confidently and safely throughout their athletic careers.
As Director of Youth Sports Recovery with RH7 Sports, Dr. Williams contributes to initiatives focused on athlete recovery, wellness, and performance support for youth athletes. She is passionate about creating impactful spaces that promote athlete health, education, and sustainable performance development for the next generation of athletes.
