Cass Taylor is a creative strategist and visual storyteller who works where tech, culture, and sports intersect. He’s the founder of Sixteen Twenty, a studio that helps startups, sports organizations, and venture-backed companies turn bold ideas into clear, memorable brand experiences. Also, He works for one of the leading graph intelligence platforms, Neo4j, as a Content Storyteller for their Content Marketing team.
Before launching his studio, Cass spent several years at Adobe shaping major sports marketing partnerships with teams like the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco 49ers, Major League Baseball, and the NWSL. He also led visual design teams for global brands including Coca Cola, Nike, T-Mobile, and led creative production strategies for Adobe’s large-scale conferences. Cass is also deeply committed to supporting the next generation of creators and athletes. He helped build Adobe’s University Creative Student program and its student athlete micro internship program, giving young talent real-world opportunities in the creative and tech industries.
In addition, Cass is a partner at the TC3 Memorial Foundation, which takes a comprehensive approach to supporting student-athlete mental health, building sustainable funding, advancing research, and creating practical support systems that meet athletes exactly where they are. He also served on the board of Codehouse a non-profit that focuses on cultivating a strong pipeline between HBCU students and industry-leading tech companies, and recently completed a Board and Chairman of the School Committee role at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA, where he contributed to a $100M initiative focused on innovation in education. Across all of his work, Cass brings the same passion: helping people and brands tell meaningful stories and making sure creativity remains central to how technology shapes culture.
