Demitra is turning her track and field experience into a platform that celebrates women’s strength. She is graduate of Baylor University and a stand out former Track & Field Athlete. As a host of her own Podcast called Hold that Thought. She’s content creator, sports agent, and Director of Influence at Popfly. She creates spaces where women in sports can connect, inspire, and genuinely support one another. To Demitra, women’s strength isn’t just about athleticism, it’s about showing up, using your voice, and making room for others to rise alongside you. She is the youngest track & field agent under World Athletics.
