Donald Woodard

Donald is frequently recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer, a Billboard Top Music Lawyer, and a Top Hollywood Lawyer, among numerous other accolades. Until January 2021, he served as Chief Business Affairs/Deputy General Counsel at USA Track & Field before co-founding Carter+Woodard.

Donald has also held significant leadership roles, including a former member of the Board of Governors for the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (the Grammy Awards) and the Board of Directors for the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association. Notably, he was the first man to serve as Chairman of the Black Women Film Network. Donald earned his degrees from Morehouse College and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington.
