Joey Hughes is an accomplished sports agent, educator, and entrepreneur whose career bridges elite athletic management and community empowerment. As President and CEO of Tech Coach LA, he leads a pioneering youth program that integrates academic enrichment with athletic excellence, serving students across Los Angeles through sports, STEM, arts, and life skills development. A former All-American track and field athlete at the University of Southern California, Hughes competed at the highest levels while serving as team captain and engaging in leadership roles such as the Black Student Assembly executive board. In addition to youth programming, Hughes is the founder of LA Prevail, a sports and talent management agency representing elite athletes, Olympians, and emerging professionals. His work includes securing sponsorships, negotiating media opportunities, and building long-term brand strategies for clients.
